Hi,
I did my MSc Mathematics and secured 55.7 %marks from Alagappa University.
My B Ed and BSc graduation were from Calicut University. Am I qualified to apply for MPhil / PhD through distance education in Calicut University?

One should have passed the Master Degree Examination or a professional degree recognized as equivalent by the University of Calicut with at least grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale or equivalent or at least 55% marks.
Admission to this course is through the entrance test.

In order to be eligible, candidate must have passed masters or a professional degree recognised as equivalent by university of Calicut .
They must have grade B in UGC 7 point scale or equivalent.

They must have scored atleast 55%-60% marks in their masters degree.

Eligibility Criteria for PhD programs:
One should have passed Master Degree Examination or a professional degree recognized as equivalent by University of Calicut with at least grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale or equivalent or at least 55% marks.

Qualification required to apply for MPhil/PhD through distance education in Calicut University is, you must have a master's degree with minimum 55%marks.
And also you have to appear in the entrance exam called GATE,SLET, JRF and CSIR NET
