Hello, I am looking forward to study PhD in Sociology course in Tripura University. Can you please let me know about the requirements for getting admission in this university for this PhD program? Please let me know about the requirements immediately.

Requirements to study PhD(Sociology) in Tripura University:

Candidates must have a Master Degree with minimum 55% mark (50% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category) in the relevant subjects or allied subjects from any recognized University/Institute.
Candidates must have qualified Research Eligibility Test (RET) conducted by Tripura university.
Candidates, who have qualified UGC/CSIR (JRF)/SET/NET/SLET/GATE are exempted from entrance test.
Candidates holding Teacher Fellowship or qualifying M.Phil Examinations are also exempted from entrance test.
