After an MS in bioinformatics, the following positions are available:

1. Database programmer
2. Computational biologist
3. Lecturer
4. Network administrator
5. Research scientist
5. Bioinformatics software developer

Eligibility:-

The most recent announcement from the Indian government states that in order to work permanently as a Lecturer/Professor in various government institutions and universities, one must possess a Ph. D. and CSIR NET qualification.

If you satisfy the aforementioned criteria, then you are eligible for the post.
