Should I have to appear in UGC-NET to secure PhD(Social Sciences) admission in Institute for Social and Economic Change? Cutoff score required for admission?

Hi Sir, I am interested in pursuing a PhD(Social Sciences) course from Institute for Social and Economic Change. So, I have to appear in UGC-NET? If yes, then what would be the cutoff score I have to secure for admission?

It is not compulsory to appear in UGC-NET to secure PhD(Social Sciences) admission in Institute for Social and Economic Change.

Applicant will be selected through entrance exam conducted by university followed by interview.
