Should I have to appear in UGC-NET to secure PhD(Veterinary Science) admission in Assam Agricultural University? Cutoff score required for admission?
Hi Sir, I am interested to pursue PhD(Veterinary Science) course from Assam Agricultural University. So, I have to appear in UGC-NET? If yes, then what would be the cutoff score I have to secure for admission?

It is not necessary to appear in UGC-NET to study PhD in Veterinary Science at Assam Agricultural University. If you are NET qualified then you will be exempted from the entrance examination. Admission selection will be done on the basis of the entrance examination which is conducted by the university and followed by personal interview. The cutoff marks depend on the number of candidates appearing for the test.
The educational qualification required is a candidate must have passed master's degree in the relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 in 4.00 scale or 7.00 in 10.00 scale or 58% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
