Sir, I want to know what is the total process to qualify NET. I am from English honors. Please tell me sir total pattern. Does descriptive available. I am confused because I have seen somewhere all are objective. Somewhere paper 3 is descriptive. Please tell me Sir.

I like to do Ph D in Management science or Business administration and any related subject. I have finished MBA by part-time from JNTU in 1991 and MPhil from Annamalai university thru Distance education in 2011. I am a retired public sector senior technical executive. Please advise on the Indian universities available for doing PhD thru' distance.
