Hello, I am already doing MEd from Assam University. But I am very confused about my career. Many of my friends are planning to do PhD program but I am looking for good jobs. After my MEd I will surely get fine job but I am very confused that I have to do or not to do PhD in Education .So just tell me what I do?

If you are getting a decent job, then there is no need to go for Ph.D, which is even possible along with your job, after gaining experience. In fact, Ph.D without experience is not going to get you good job, unless you study from a top university.

Hence, job should be you first choice and research work is even possible along with your job, specially teaching jobs.
