Whether I am eligible to pursue part time PhD without NOC?
Hello, I would like to know that if I don't get NOC from our institute where I am doing job, in such case can I continue to do part time PhD program? Please tell me that PhD without giving NOC will be legal or not? Waiting for your response!

If you are pursuing any part-time PhD or any other course then it should not have any effect on your job if you are not getting the NOC from the institute. Just make sure you get the NOC because PhD work is not easy and you will need a good amount of time to complete it.
If your current organisation is not cooperating then it will become difficult for you to manage two things at the same time. |
