Hi everyone, I just want to know about the admission criteria for studying ME(Automated Manufacturing Systems) in BIT-Ranchi? Kindly let me know about the admission criteria because I am interested to study this course in this institute. Thank you!

Admission criteria to study ME(Automated Manufacturing Systems) in BIT-Ranchi;

You must have obtained a B.E. / B.Tech degree in Production Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering/Computer Science Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering from any recognized university.

You must have secured minimum 55% marks in the qualifying examination.

You must have a valid GATE score.

The admission criteria to study ME in Automated Manufacturing Systems at BIT (Birla Institute Technology), Ranchi is given below.

==> Candidate can apply online from the institute website www.bitmesra.ac.in.

==> You need to register first and then login with the username and password.

==> Fill the application form with all the required details and upload the scanned copy of all the relevant documents.

==> Pay the application fees of Rs.2500 through State Bank Collect.

==> Submit the application form and save the copy for future reference.

==> Admission to this course will be done on the basis of GATE score and candidate must have done BE/BTech in the related discipline with 55% marks in aggregate.

The admission to study ME(Automated Manufacturing Systems) in BIT-Ranchi is through GATE examination.


The candidates are required to have done B.Tech or B.E with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university.
