M.E. Network Engineering or Master of Engineering in Network Engineering is a postgraduate Computer Engineering course. In order to get admission in ME(Network Engineering) in The National Institute of Engineering, you have to appear in the PGCET examination. The candidate should have passed BE/B.Tech course in the respective stream from a recognized university. For the application process, you should visit the official website of the institute.
