Hello Sir, I am a BCom graduate. I have completed my BCom around 12 years ago. Now, I want to study MCom course. So, with such gap, can I apply to study this MCom course? Please help me to know about this immediately.

For post graduate courses, there isn't any upper age limit at most of the universities. Hence, surely you can apply for admission, but most of the reputed universities give admission based on merit.

Some conduct entrance exam and some give admission based on your degree marks. Hence, apply for admission, when there is a notification.
