Hello Sir, I am getting admission into Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Physiotherapy for a Master of Physiotherapy course. I want to become a Doctor. So, after completing my MPT, I will become a Doctor?

No, Physiotherapy is a paramedical course and you will be a qualified paramedic just like nursing and B Pharmacy etc. You cannot prescribe medicines.
The only part that is related to being a doctor is you are free to diagnose and choose your plan for treatment of the patient by using the machines and your hands.

Yes, and you can use the prefix Dr. With the suffix PT to distinguish between Physician and Physiotherapist.
