If you have completed graduation degree from a recognized University then you are eligible for masters degree otherwise not.

Diploma degree holder are not eligible for do masters degree.

Your minimum age should be above 17 years.

The eligibility to pursue master degree is that candidate must have passed graduate course from a recognised university.

Graduate diploma is not equivalent to the degree. So, you are not eligible to get admission in the master degree course from a recognised university.
