Can I do MTech in regular Universitys as I have completed my B.Tech in JRN Rajastam vidyapeeth university, Jaipur in 2007?

After a long year of a gap, you are not eligible to pursue MTech in regular mode. You can pursue Mtech in distance mode. There is various university that offers M.tech in distance mode.

Yes, you can do that. Candidates must have completed their BE/BTech degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University. Candidates having a 5-year program in applied Science resulting in the award of a master of Science degree can also apply for the MTech course.
