Semester I:

Foundation Course I: Research Methodology
Foundation Course II: Comparative Public Law
Patent Law and Practice
General Principles of IPR and Emerging Forms of IPR
International IP Law and Policy

Semester II:

Foundation Course III: Law and Justice in a Globalizing World
Law of Trademark
Law of Copyright
IP Evaluation
Dissertation

Fee expenses of LLM (Intellectual Property Rights Laws) in National Law University, Jodhpur is given below:

Admission Fee – Rs 12,000 one time
Semester Fee – Rs 55,000 per semester
Support Service Charges – Rs 6,000 per semester
Internet charges – Rs 10,000 per year
Rent of Halls of Residence – Rs 17,000 per year
Mess Security (refundable) – Rs 5,000 one time
Library Security (refundable) – Rs 7,000 per semester
Hostel Security (refundable) – Rs 5,000 one time
Journal Fee – Rs 500 per year
Examination Fee – Rs 1,500 per semester
