Yes, of course you are eligible for MDS after completing BDS course.

MDS Eligibility Criteria in Armed Forces Medical College:

Graduates with 50% marks in Science stream (BDS) from a recognized university are eligible to apply. Those belonging to the SC/ST category with a minimum of 45% marks can also apply.
