I belongs to SC category and I have completed my BCA(H) course. I want to do MCA that is why I am preparing for NIMCET. But I want to know that as I belongs to SC then what exemptions are available for SC/ST candidates?

The exemptions available in NIMCET 2019 for SC/ST candidates are given below:

>> Application fee – Rs 1,100 (for others Rs 2,200)

>> Marks required in the BSc or BSc (Honors) or BCA or BIT or BE/BTech – 55% (for others Rs 60%)

>> There is also reservation available in seats for the SC/ST candidates

For SC category candidates, there is reservation benefit available. You can also claim age relaxation, if you have exceeded the upper age limit for the said entrance exam.

Even application fee is lesser in comparison to General and OBC category candidates. There will be separate cut off for SC category candidates for admission.
