Hello everyone, I would like to gather the details of MSc(Herbal Science) which is available in Anandaram Dhekial Phookan College, Nagaon. Can anyone of you please provide me the information related to this course in details?

This is a two year course proposed by department of botany in collaboration with department of Chemistry. This course has been divided into four semesters and in first three semester consists of three theory papers and two practical papers. In the fourth semester three theory papers and a project work. Detailed course structure is as follows.
In first semester:
1.Introduction to Herbal Science
2.Cultivation and Post Harvest Management of Medicinal Plants
3.Microbiology and Immunology
4.Practicals and post Harvest Management of Medicinal Plants
5.Microbiology and Immunology
Here the first three papers are theory and last two are practical papers
In second semester:
1.Pharmacognosy and Phyto Pharmaceutical Chemistry
2.Pharmacology
3.Toxicology and Pharmacokinetics
4.Pharmacognosy and Phytopharmaceutical Chemistry
5.Pharmacology, Toxicology and Pharmacokinetics
Here the first three papers are theory and last two are practical papers
In third semester:
1.Commercial Aspects in Herbal Science
2.Phytoconstituents
3.Advanced Analytical Techniques and Biostatistics

In the fourth semester:
