Pls tell me I want to do post graduation is it compulsory to do mcom for post graduation

It is not necessary to complete MCom for post-graduation, you can choose your career as per your choice and interest. You can choose the all-time famous MBA as it is a quite good option if you want to go into the corporate world. After MBA you will get a decent job such as Consultant, Analyst, Marketing, HR, and many more.

CA(Chartered Accountant)/CS/ICWA - You can choose these professional courses as it provides a promising career once you have done the course with a good salary package.

Diploma Courses - You can for the various diploma courses such as Treasury and Forex Management, Merchant Banking and Financial Service, Export-Import, Foreign Trade, and so on.

To pursue post graduation, candidates should have minimum educational qualification of graduation in the same subject he or she wants to pursue post graduation in.
If you want to pursue post graduation that is Masters of Commerce then, you should have minimum educational qualification of Bachelor in commerce from a recognised Institute or University with at least 50% marks.

M.Com stands for Master of Commerce and as the name suggests it is a Master degree course i.e; post graduation which can be studied after graduation degree (and hence Post Graduation) in relevant discipline from a recognized university.

So, if you are interested in M.Com degree then you can pursue the same degree course to have postgraduation certificate otherwise you can look for other Master degree courses as per your interest and educational qualification in order to be a postgraduate.
