What is the NET/SET Syllabus for post graduate Engineering students?


I have completed my post graduation in computer engineering, can I appear NET/SET exam? What is the NET/SET Syllabus for post graduate Engineering students? Can someone please attach those details in this post and provide me the information which I need to follow to prepare?
