I have 3 yrs of gap between intermediate and B.Sc,3 years gap between B.Sc and MSc IT. Am I eligible for getting job in MNC companies?

As, you have 3 years gap between intermediate and B. Sc and again from in between B.Sc and M.Sc, you are not eligible to join any MNC. Most of the MNCs asks candidates with maximum of 2 years of gap in their education and you have more than that limit.

Please Any one give me suggestions
1. i have completed my 10th std in 2004 with 2 backlogs and i appeared in 2006 and got passed with 52%
2.Due to Certificate Problem i couldn't continue diploma in 2006 i got my certificate in the month of december 2006
3.Then i joined in 2007 in diploma in electronics and communication engineering (3 Years Diploma)
and Passed without any backlogs with the 68%(2007--2010)
4 In 2010 i started working in Taiwan Based Manufacturing company in India (Bangalore)
with 4.5 Years of experience
5.and i have done some networking certifications Like CCNA, MCP,MCSE.

Please Any one suggest me

can i get job in TOP MNC Like (TCS,WIPRO,CTS,INFOSYS,HCL) etc
