Hi everyone, I came to know that Citrix-Bangalore is conducting an interview for the post of Service Desk Analyst. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for attending this interview. Please let me know asap.

Eligibility to attend Citrix-Bangalore Service Desk Analyst interview is given below :-

1)BE / B.Tech students (across streams) who have graduated in academic year 2018

2)Aggregate of 60% and above / CGPA of 6 and above in graduation

3)No standing backlogs at the time of application and joining

4)Maximum 1 year gap in education between 10th and graduation

==> Candidate must have done bachelor's of science/arts degree or equivalent from a recognized university.

==> Candidate must have a Citrix, Microsoft, ITIL and related certification would be an added advantage.

==> Candidate must have a relevant work experience.

You must have a degree in computer science or its related field with excellent communication skills and must have problem-solving skills related to the technical field. Also, you must have an aptitude for customer service.

Should be able to learn quickly and work as a team to solve the problems whenever required. The candidate should be flexible and dependable and must take accountability for all the work.
