Eligibility to attend the DXC Technology Bangalore L1 Technical Support Associate Interview is as follows.

Applicant must have minimum qualification of graduation to be eligible for this role.

Applicant with MCSE will be preferred.

Applicant with certification in ITIL preferred.

Applicant must have ability to work in 24/7 shift Environment.

• Applicant must have experience in working on SNOW / Remedy.
