Dear Sir, I have done BTech and now I have heard that McAfee Software India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore is going to conduct an interview for the post of Technical Support Engineer. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for attending this interview. Can you please let me know about the eligibility criteria.

McAfee Software India Pvt Ltd is an American global computer security software company and they are currently hiring for the post of Technical Support Engineer.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. candidates must have completed Graduation degree.

2. You should be capable to provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro / mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems & Others.

3. You should be good in communication and troubleshooting.
