I came to know that Genpact, Noida is hiring for the post of Backend Non-voice executive. I want to join and become a Backend Non-voice executive in this company. So, I want to know what is the eligibility criteria to become Backend Non-voice executive in this company?

To work as a Genpact, Backend Non-voice executive interview, you should have completed your B.com/BBA/ BSc/BA from a recognized college/university. You must have scored minimum 60% marks throughout the academic career. You should not have any pending backlogs and long educational gaps. You must have knowledge in computer and good communication skills is must.

Eligibility to become a Backend Non-voice executive in Genpact, Noida:

-Freshers are allowed (except technical background).

-Prior experience in banking or insurance.

-Good analytical and problem solving skills.

-Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with Business.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. You must have completed your graduation.
