Hello everyone, I have heard that Infosys is conducting an interview for the post of a System Engineer. But I have also heard that they want experienced candidates. Is it true? Is experience really requires? Please help me to know about this as soon as possible.

Currently Infosys is hiring fresher candidates for System Engineer roles.
Candidates who has completed their BE / BTech / MCA / MTech are eligible for this opening.

Well, your question has two different phase to answer.

1. Infosys need experience candidate for the role of system engineer.
2. Infosys also hires fresher's for the role of the system engineer.

Now, the recruitment of the candidate depends on the requirements of the company. So, i would suggest you to go through the company job description before applying for the interview so, that you will have better clarity of their requirements.

Job description of every company have all the required details which clearly mention about the eligibility of the candidate to apply for the interview.

Basically, Infosys hire experienced candidate for the role of system engineer.

But this is not always the case, infosys also hire freshers for the role of associate system engineer.

But as you said, currently they are conduction recruitment drive for experienced candidate so it means freshers are not eligible for this drive but does not means that they don't hire freshers.

This is not always true. Yes, experienced is required for getting more salary/ higher role.
