I have done my B.Tech (mining) in 2013 but haven't any job. nowadays every company asking for job experience. could you please help me to know how can I have open cast experience in this field & where????

You can start working in a private coal mine first and try to gain experience. If you are facing problems in getting a fresh job, then you can go for some training or internship or project to gain some experience and skills.

Once you have some kind of exposure, you will be able to crack interviews of top coal mining companies in India.
