Re: How to prepare for walkin interviews?
Walk-in interviews for freshers will be exactly same like the campus and off-campus placements. Now in common there will be three rounds followed for the selection process which as follows,
-> Aptitude Test. -> Technical Interview. -> Personal Interview. In some company walk-ins aptitude test will not be there and only interview phase will be followed but in common the above three rounds are followed. Now you need to be prepared for all these 3 rounds to make sure that you will end up with the job. R.S.Agarwal is one of the best book to start the preparation of aptitude test, ofcourse there are other books in market which will help you with the same, some of them are as follows, CLICK HERE!! to buy online CLICK HERE!! to buy online CLICK HERE!! to buy online CLICK HERE!! to buy online Once you clear the aptitude test, you will be moved to the technical interview wherein the questions will be from the core subjects which you have studied in your Graduation. You can clear this round if you are good with the basics of all the core topics. Just be confident and answer the questions and in case if you are not sure with the answer of any question then just let them know you don't know about it but make sure you make them believe that you are ready to learn and know about it. After the technical interview will be the Personal interview where there will be some common personal questions asked to check your communication skills and the interest towards the work. Just be calm and confident to clear this round. I have attached a e-book in this post which will help you to prepare for attending the interviews and getting success out of them! |
