Can anyone of you kindly let me know what is the process for selection in Maventic, Bengaluru for the post of Developer? I am interested to attend an interview of this company for this post so I need to know about the selection procedure.

Selection is done in Maventic Bengaluru for Developer Interview on the basis of 3 rounds of interview as given below;

1. Aptitude Test: At first, the candidate has to clear the Aptitude Test to go for next round of interview i.e. Technical Interview.

2. Technical Interview: Shortlisted candidates from Aptitude Test are called for Technical Interview.

3. HR Interview: Candidates who have cleared the Technical round, are called for HR Interview. This is the final round, where they will discuss about the salary package.

Selection procedure for Maventic Bengaluru for Developer interview as follows :

-Apptitude test.
-Technical test.
-Operational manager round for product development skills.
-HR interview.
