Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Implement support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements.
2. Ensure continual knowledge management.,
3. Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements:
1. Work experience in the range of 2 to 4 yrs in IT industry
2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in application support
3. Atleast 2+ yrs of experience in Unix, DB
4. Basic knowledge on shell scripting
5. Basic programming knowledge (understand, debug, Troubleshoot) in one of (Java/C/C++)
6. Strong Analytical skills
7. Excellent communication skills
