Can you please let me know about the job profile for the post which is Oracle Database Admin offered in TCS, Hyderabad. I have heard that they are hiring for this particular post. But I really don’t know about this job.

Job profile of Oracle Database Admin in TCS, Hyderabad:

You will be required to install & configure the Oracle Database.
You will be required to upgrades the database, cross platform migrations & Database refresh, datagaurd configuration & trouble shooting.
Backup Restore & recovery using RMAN and data pump will be required.
You should have knowledge on tape backup tool like, commvault & Symantic Net backup.
You will be experienced in OEM administration and installation.
You must have knowledge and skills in Linux &Windows.
You must have strong troubleshooting background.
Knowledge on MS SQL server will be required.
