I want Indian Tobacco company previous written test papers and how to prepare for the ITC interview?
How to overcome the group discussion in ITC? Can someone please answer soon on this?

--ITC is a great company to work for and they will recruit only through On Campus for Freshers and Off campus for Experienced.
--GD is based on the Department they recruit for. If they are looking for Marketing then they will definitely have a tough competition in GD. In case of Engineers they don't have GD but instead they have Interviews which will be tough.
--Normally they select the meritorious candidates to attend the campus pool from the list of colleges. Then they will be given with Aptitude test containing Numerical as well as Non verbal questions.
