I want to become bank PO. Now, I am in 3rd year 2nd semester. I am married and also I have a small baby. How to plan myself to get a bank PO job after relevance B.Tech and I want to get within one year.

You have to prepare from now to get job in banks. You should join any coaching classes for guidelines as because to become bank PO you have to labour very hard. No matter you are either married or unmarried you just have to follow age criteria.
Eligibility criteria are as follows:-
Candidate must be a graduation degree holder from a recognized university in any stream.
Candidate age should be 21 years to 30 years.
Candidate must have attained at least 45% aggregate in graduation.

To get job you have to appear and qualify in examination conducted for recruitment in job.

The required minimum qualification to appear in examination is that candidate must have completed their bachelor degree from a recognised university.

There is no bar on marital status. So, you will become eligible to appear in examination in the final year.

To become Bank PO in government bank, you have to apply for IBPS conducted Written exam and interview.

IBPS conducts the exam on behalf of all Government Banks except SBI.

To apply for the jobs in Private Bank, you have to apply through their website.
They normally hire for Sales and Marketing position and they look for the MBA marketing candidates.

If you want to get a private bank job as PO then first important criteria is your age.
Candidate must be with in 25 years of age for applying any private sector bank.
If you meet the age criteria then you need to clear the written examination and after clearing the written examination then you need to clear group discussion/ personal interview round.After clearing all these round then you will get the bank PO job.
Most of the private sector banks go for a Manipal program for selecting the candidates for PO position.
