Roles and responsibilities of HR Executive in Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru?


Hi everyone, I am preparing for the interview of Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru for the post of HR Executive. I don’t know about the roles and responsibilities for this particular post. Can anyone of you let me know about this post?

Role and Responsibility:

1. You are responsible for the project management of the HR work streams associated with several major business change activities

2. You have to ensure the management, analysis and communication of key people data and management information

3. You have to interface closely with the Regional HR team and key business stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of key HR processes and handover to BAU.

4. You have to be the trusted advisor to the Regional HR Lead(s) by staying informed on external and internal issues that face the region and its leadership and advise on strategy and plans to address them.

5. You are responsible to coordinate, collaborate and influence across functions and teams within regions. Also, work cross-functionally with HR COEs, HRBPs, Analytics, IC, Talent Acquisition and Businesses)

Roles and responsibilities of HR Executive in Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru is given below :-


1) End to end non-tech lateral recruitment.

2)Build and strengthen the market research, pipeline building activities, proactive engagement process with active and passive candidate pool

3)Work closely with TA Manager in terms of designing of new process & creating a robust TA Process to create a better stakeholder & candidate experience

4)Focusing on the Quality of Hire across and ensuring all employees are being hired as per the requirement and laid benchmark

5) Manage relations with internal customers, partnering with them in workforce planning

6)Ensuring that all employees hired as per the defined SOP by the Organisation
