Hi everyone, I am preparing for the interview of CSS Corp, Chennai for the post of Network Engineer. I don’t know about the roles and responsibilities for this particular post. Can anyone of you let me know about this post?

Roles and responsibilities of Network Engineer in CSS Corp, Chennai;

As a part of team, you will need to work in Optical Fibre Network Field.

You will be involved in documentation, designing, planning team.

You should have basic knowledge of computers.

You should have sound knowledge of MS Office.

Roles and responsibilities of Network Engineer in CSS Corp, Chennai as follows :

-Troubleshoot Product, Codes and Configuration issues.

-Customer oriented.

-Document all communication with customers in the CRM.

-Timely handoff.

-Good troubleshoot approach.
