Roles and responsibilities of a Retail Application Support Engineer in Oracle Corporation Bengaluru as follow:
-You will have to provide level 2 support and troubleshooting. -Oracle Retail cloud service for customers. -Product support for Customer Engagement, Brand Compliance, OMS, Order Broker, XBRi, Xstore. -Perform cloud operations. -Identify risks and areas for improvement. -Customer-focused , build and maintain the relationship. |
