Roles and Responsibilities:--
1. Lead the critical financial management portfolio. 2. Lead the Engagement Financial Management (EFM) team within. 3. Engagement Support Services, reporting to the Associate Director. 4. Effectively manage BAU across a team of billing professionals, working on a variety of tasks relating to client billing including managing the billing schedule in line with client timelines, analysis of additional overruns and engagement profitability. 6. Evolve a methodology to monitor and report on process performance and relate the same to revenue / resource utilization. 7. Liaise with UK onshore teams, managing internal stakeholder relationships and be the key point of contact for escalations. 8. Build understanding of KPMGs client operations, processes, and business objectives in order to effectively contribute and suggest enhancements. 9. Provide knowledge and experience relating to the financial performance of engagements to the team. 10. Develop and enhance personal technical knowledge and understanding of EFM. 11. Drive people development and performance management, carrying out regular one to ones and coaching sessions |
