Hi everyone, I am preparing for the interview of Infosys Chennai for the post of Systems Engineer. I don’t know about the roles and responsibilities for this particular post. Can any of you let me know about this post?

Roles and responsibilities of Systems Engineers in Infosys Chennai are as follows.

• Applicant will participate and document business requirements discussions with clients/operations.

• Applicant will be writing code, perform testing and deploy tools on operation floors.

• Applicant will provide support on operations floors for maintenance and change requests.

• Applicant will create User Manuals and Case Study documents.

• Applicant will assess processes and identify automation opportunities.

• Applicant will maintain project feasibility study and development effort estimation and plan.
