Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary Package:

Annual CTS will depends on your given roles in Mphasis and on your earlier experience.
For Freshers you can expect a package of 1.8 LPA and above.
For Experience, you can expect a hike of 30% on your current salary package.

Roles and Responsibility:
---------------------------
1. You have to support 24*7 environment.
2. You are responsible to acknowledge any user related query and assign it to responsible team.
3. You have to create a ticket and assign to correct team to follow the ITIL process.
4. You have to support users through call, email and chat.
