Hello, I just want to know about the criteria for selection in Accenture for the post of Application Development Associate. Actually I am interested to give the interview and work as an Application Development Associate in this company. So, I want to know about the selection criteria.

>> Selection process consists of the below mentioned rounds. They are,
@ Online Aptitude Test
@ Technical Round & HR Round

>> Online aptitude test consists of the questions based on English, reasoning and numerical ability. (Number system, percentage, profit and loss, time and work..etc.,)

>> In interview, 5 candidates shall be called together for interview. Some of the questions may be,
* Why should I hire you ?
* Introduce yourself
* Why you want to join Accenture ? ..etc.,
