Can anyone of you kindly let me know what is the process for selection in First American, Bengaluru for the post of Technical Trainee? I am interested to attend an interview of this company for this post so I need to know about the selection procedure.

Selection of candidates for the post of Bengaluru Technical Trainee in First American are carried out through Technical Interview, Interview with Director, Technical Interview and Final Round with HR. Candidates should fullfill the following eligibility criteria to attend First American, Bengaluru Technical Trainee Interview;

Candidates must possess BE/ Btech degree with CS, IS, IT, ECE, EEE, Instrumentation and Mechanical Engineering from circuit batches only from any recognized university.

Candidates who have completed MCA or Mtech in Computers or Electronics related streams are also eligible to apply.

Candidates must have obtained at least 60% marks their UG/PG.

Candidates should not have any backlogs at the time of interview.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills.

First of all there will be a walk in interview where the candidate will be shortlisted. Then the candidates have to appear for an aptitude examination. Those who qualifies the examination will have to appear for a group discussion. Then the candidates will have to appear for a personal interview for the final selection.
