Hello Sir, I want to prepare for the interview of Accenture, Bengaluru for the post of Application Development Associate. I would like to know the selection procedure in this interview for this post. Kindly let me know about the procedure of selection.

Selection procedure followed in Accenture Bengaluru for Application Development Associate interview:-

If you are appearing for the interview, you will undergo a few rounds of interview as below:

1. Aptitude Test: You have to clear the online Aptitude test to qualify for the next round.

2. Technical Interview: They will ask technical questions as per their requirements to verify your technical skill for the required profile.

3. HR Discussion: Once you cleared all the above 2 rounds of interview, you will be asked for an HR discussion where they will discuss your annual package and your responsibility.

In the recruitment process , pre presentation talk is the first one

The interview process mainly consists of
Online Assessment test
Technical interview
HR Interview

The 1st one is written round having 3 sections
Analytical aptitude
Verbal ability
Detail attention

The paper is of 60 minutes with 55 questions.
Online assessment and aptitude are the main hurdles that applicant has to get through to get the job.
Most of the candidates get rejected during aptitude testing, so one has to prepare well for it.
