I am selected for TR round by wipro but I got marks like:- 10th CBSC- 7.4CGPA, 12th -57.54%, diploma -69.88%, BE -8.13CGPA so, will I be selected for LOI from wipro?

Selection procedure for Wipro LOI:-

If you are appearing for the interview, you will undergo a few rounds of interviews as below:

1. Aptitude Test: You have to clear the online Aptitude test to qualify for the next round.

2. Technical Interview: They will ask technical questions as per their requirements to verify your technical skill for the required profile.

3. Managerial Interview: After clearing the technical round you have to get appear for the Managerial round of interviews where they will ask scenario-based questions to verify your skill to handle any critical and complex situation.

4. HR Discussion: Once you cleared all the above 3 rounds of interview, you will be asked for an HR discussion where they will discuss your annual package and your responsibility.

Those who have completed BE/B.tech/MCA
Must have secured an aggregate of 60% marks throughout their academic.
No backlogs or arrears are allowed.

As your 12th class percentage is not upto 60% , thus there are less chances of your being selected.

Candidates must pass the following phases of the selection process to be considered for this position.

1. Aptitude Test: To proceed to the next round, the candidate must pass the online Aptitude test.

2. Technical Interview: Recruiters will ask technical questions based on their needs to ensure that candidates*have the necessary technical skills for the job.

3. HR Discussion: After candidates have passed the above rounds of interviews, then the candidate will be asked to meet with an HR representative to discuss their annual salary and responsibilities.

*Candidates must have a BE/BTech or MCA degree from a recognised university with minimum 60%marks.

*Candidates must have 10th ,12th degree from a recognised university with minimum 60%marks.

*No Backlogs or arrears allowed.

The Selection Procedure is:-

Candidates who have done BE/BTech and 5 year Integrated MTech degree from a recognised university.

Not have any backlog.

Maximum 3 years in education gap.

Selection Procedure for Wipro LOI is, those candidates who have completed their 10tb ,12th, graduation and post graduation degree from a recognised university with minimum 60%marks.

Selection procedure for Wipro LOI?

Candidates who have taken part in any Wipro recruitment process in the last six months are ineligible. If you have a passport from another country, you must be an Indian citizen or have a PIO or OCI card. Citizens of Bhutan and Nepal must present their citizenship certificates.

It is a three stage recruitment process for entry level hires: A) Aptitude Test B) Technical Interview & C) HR Interview. Each stage is an elimination round
