Hello everyone, please help me to know about the skills which are essentially required to become an Associate Software Engineer in Calypso Technology Mumbai. I want to secure this job so please help me to know about the essential skills. Waiting for your reply!

-Strong knowledge in Java, RMI, XML, C++, UNIX/Linux.
-Knowledge in oracle and Sybase databases.
-Interest in finance.
-Understanding of SDLC phases.

1.Should have good written and oral communication skills.

2.Experience will be the added advantage .

3. Excellent object oriented Design, development skills and coding.

4.Must be having a great knowledge in RML,XML, C++ and Oracle.

5.Familiar in Sybase data base systems.
