Hello everyone, I just want to know that what are the skills required to join Mphasis as a Back Office Executive? I want to become a Back Office Executive in this company so I want to know about the essential skills. Thank you!

Skills required to become a Back Office Executive in Mphasis is as follows.

Applicant must have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy

Applicant must have a descent communication skills.

Willing to work in any shift.

Applicant must possess good analytical and comprehension skills.

Candidate who have completed Graduation from any recognized university are eligible to apply for Back Office Executive in Mphasis.

You need to be proficient in computer skills and must have knowledge of MS Office and Excel. Also, good communication skills is mostly required for such BPO jobs.

Just make sure you have all the above mentioned skills. Selection will be on the basis of performance in the interview.

Back office executive job requires typing speed (above average ~ 30 words per minute) and good communication skills. That is the main thing that would be tested during the interview apart from your academic qualification.
