Hello everyone, I am going to appear an interview of Robert Bosch for the post of BSM Process Associate. I would like to know about the skills which are required to get this job. Kindly tell me immediately.

These are the essential skills which is required to become BSM Process Associate in Robert Bosch:

You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

You should have knowledge and skills in MS Office tools.

You should have spoken & written competency in English and Hindi.

You should be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Candidates having exposure to ITIL concepts will be desired but not mandatory.
