Hi friends, I am a BTech graduate and going to attend an interview of Hewlett Packard Bangalore for the post of IT Developer. I would like to know about the skills which are required to achieve this particular post. Please tell me if you know.

The following Skills required to become an IT Developer in Hewlett Packard Bangalore :-

A.Basic Understanding of RDBMS and Database scripting. Basic understanding of testing tools and test scripting.

B.0-2 years experience in writing code (such as, and not limited to, Java, C, C++, C#, VB.Net; databases like SqlServer/ Oracle.

Skills required to become an IT Developer in Hewlett Packard Bangalore :-

1) You must have good knowledge of MSSQL, Oracle RDBMS, Informatica PowerCenter ETL, Business Objects (SAP BOE), Tidal for job scheduling, TOAD for SQL queries.

2) You should have experience in solution design , ETLs, BOE reports, Tidal jobs.

3) You must have good knowledge of modern software development methodologies.

4) You should have good analytical and problem solving skill.

5) You should be a good team player.

6) You must have proficiency in English (Both spoken and written).
