1. You must have excellent communication skill 2. You must have good analytical and problem solving and troubleshooting ability. 3. You must have willing to work 24*7 4. You must have basic understanding of Cloud/Security/Network/Service Management/Service Now/Middleware(Database)/Workplace. |
