Hello everyone, I have done BTech and going to attend an interview of Capgemini, Noida for Process Associate post. I would like to know about the skills which are required to secure this job. Please tell me about the skills asap.

Skills required to become a Process Associate in Capgemini, Noida:

You must have excellent verbal and written communication and conversation skills.

You must have basic understanding of HRO functions such as Payroll and Compensation.

You must have working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM Tools.

You must have basic knowledge of computer operations.

You must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.
