1. You must have good Analytical and Problem solving skill.

2. You must have good communication skills to communicate with clients and other teams.

5. You should be flexible to work on 24*7 environments.

6. You should have confidence to handle any complex and critical situation and you should be aware about the hierarchy to whom you should contact on those kind of situations.

The applicant must have good communication skills.
